2. Respectful Conduct

• Treat all members with dignity, kindness, and respect.
• Debate is welcome, but personal attacks, harassment, or hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated.
• Discrimination based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, political views, or identity has no place here.

3. Confidentiality & Respect for the Circle

Litefoot Nation is built on trust. To protect that trust:

• What’s shared here, stays here. Members may not copy, screenshot, record, or otherwise share content, remarks, or discussions outside of Litefoot Nation without explicit permission.
• This is not about secrecy — it is about creating a safe space where people can share openly without fear of being taken out of context.
• This also protects intellectual property. Litefoot and his team share exclusive content here. Members’ voices and cultural knowledge deserve the same respect.
• Violations of this principle may result in immediate removal from the community.

4. Prohibited Content

Members may not post, promote, or share:

• Threats, harassment, or violent language.
• Hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or defamatory content.
• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or graphic material.
• Spam, self-promotion, or solicitation without prior approval from Litefoot Enterprises.

5. Protecting Cultural Integrity

• By posting, members grant Litefoot Enterprises, LLC a license to use their contributions in accordance with the Terms of Use — but members may not redistribute others’ contributions outside the community.

7. Enforcement & Accountability

• Litefoot Enterprises reserves the right to remove posts, comments, or accounts that violate these Standards.
• Repeat or serious violations may result in permanent termination of membership without refund.
• Members can report violations confidentially through designated community channels.

8. Event Conduct

When attending Litefoot Nation events:

• Members must comply with all venue rules, health, and safety guidelines.
• Disruptive or unlawful behavior will result in removal without refund.
• By attending, members consent to photography, video, and media use in accordance with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

9. Membership Eligibility & Discretion

Litefoot Enterprises, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept, deny, suspend, or terminate any membership application or active membership to Litefoot Nation, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Membership is a privilege, not a right, and participation is contingent upon alignment with these Community Standards, the Terms of Use, and the values of Litefoot Nation.

Litefoot may also limit or revoke membership at its discretion to protect the safety, integrity, or mission of the community. Decisions regarding membership eligibility are final and not subject to appeal.
